How soon can I get my hearing aids?

We offer same day service at our facilities on most hearing aid models.

Can I send you an audiogram and order a hearing aid by mail?

No.  Selling hearing aids by mail is against the law in the State of Missouri.

Why are your hearing aids so much less expensive than other brands? We have an in-house laboratory at each location where we assemble our own hearing aids.  This eliminates a major expense which is built into the price of most other hearing aids.

Can your hearing aids filter out background noise? No. No one can make a hearing aid that can do that. However, they do bring your volume level back up to an audible range in the frequency range related to speech. This enables you to hear sounds more easily.

How long do hearing aids last? According to FDA regulations, the realistic life expectancy of any hearing aid is three to five years. During this time, you can expect to repair the hearing aid at least twice.

What is the warranty on your hearing aids? Most of our hearing aids have a one year warranty that covers parts and labor.  All our OPEN-FIT hearing aid line have a 2 year warranty.
